PARENTING WITH PURPOSE:

14 Gospel Principles that can Radically Change Your Family

Parenting is TOUGH! How do you manage with love and grace, even when it's hard? Come discover some excellent answers and techniques while connecting with other parents experiencing similar struggles struggles and stories!

BRING THE KIDS! Your Pre-K through 12th grade children will enjoy dedicated care with games, food, and indoor/outdoor fun tailored for each age group. Come relax, learn, discuss, and let the kids have an evening of fun while we grow together in confident, Christ-centered parenting!

10 nights, every other Friday* starting August 16th, 5:45-7:30pm at Ascension Lutheran Church and School (800 McIntosh Road in Sarasota, just off of Fruitville Road).

Food will be provided from 5:45pm-6:15pm.
Dedicated child care available for children under 6!
Two activity groups for your children aged 7-11 and 12-17.
Growth group covers the book "14 Gospel Principles that can radically change your family" by Paul David Tripp (book provided).

Parents will get together with food and study with Pastor Marty Mielke of Ascension Lutheran Church and School (Pastor, teacher, and father of 4), and the kids will separately/simultaneously have an awesome recreational youth group experience.

In these bi-weekly* sessions we will explore 14 Gospel principles that can radically change your family. We will learn how to:

Understand our calling as parents,
Cultivate a Gospel-centered home,
Discipline our children with love and grace,
Communicate with our children in a way that builds trust and understanding, and
Teach our children about God and His love.

Bring your whole family for fun, food, and discovery of God's Word.

*Dates of this event series are Friday, August 16th and 30th, September 13th and 27th, October 11th and 25th, November 1st, 15th, and 22nd, and December 13th.
